TeamMason2021 Foundation has submitted an urgent legal brief report challenging the Alberta Disability Assistance Program (ADAP) and the Canada Disability Benefit (CDB) claw back. Together they are financially tethered. 79 advocacy organizations, human rights, media sources, legal expert and politicians nationwide where carbon copied (CC) into the submission. This brief outlines serious human rights concerns, lack of legislation, forced medical reassessments, and the discriminatory impacts on disabled Albertans.
